Please contact Customer Service for the appropriate form and guidelines. Each return request must have a $100 minimum value at distributor net cost. All merchandise, other than merchandise returned under Gardner Bender’s warranty, will be subject to inspection and a 20% restocking fee. No merchandise may be returned without prior authorization from Gardner Bender.
